I believe in meeting the client where they are currently at, and determining what approaches would benefit them the most. I enjoy helping clients find different activities to help alleviate their mental health distress, including mindfulness and creativity. I have a great deal of experience working with children with behavior difficulties, and enjoy working with families to increase their quality of life. I also enjoy working with adults who have difficulties with managing their mental health due to traumatic life experiences. I enjoy learning, and am always open to learning to work with clients with a variety of different mental health difficulties.
